Privacy
What we store
When you chat with MallorcaBot (web, Telegram, or the embedded widget), your question is forwarded to Anthropic's Claude Haiku model to generate a reply. We keep chat history temporarily in the container's memory so multi-turn conversations have context. This history is wiped on container restart. We do NOT persist personal user data in a database.
What we do NOT do
No tracking cookies, no selling of data, no sharing with ad partners. No profiling, no targeting.
Third parties
Anthropic (Claude API) processes your messages to generate replies. See anthropic.com/privacy for their policy. Cloudflare serves the website and may keep short-lived request logs for security. Umami (self-hosted, no cookies) may be used for anonymous traffic stats.
Telegram
If you message @mallorcabot_bot, Telegram's own privacy policy applies (telegram.org/privacy). We see your chat ID, first name if public, and your messages. We only keep them in memory during an active session.
Your rights
You have the right to access, deletion, and objection. Since we don't keep persistent user profiles, there's barely anything to act on in practice. For requests: [email protected]
